Welcome to the New 2008~2009 Two~Gether Express Multiage Adventure!

Listed below are items that we will need throughout the year.   I am also going to list other items that are "wish list" kinds of things.   When you are on the shopping prowl throughout the year, please keep these items in mind.  You never know when that "Just Couldn't Pass Up" Bargain will appear.  Please know that we will be "Superdooper Grateful" for every contribution!

Items requested for each student

2 dozen  No.2 pencils

3 boxes baby wipes/Clorox Wipes

erasers

1 Box Kleenex tissues

1 Bottle Hand Sanitizer

3 Marble Composition Books (please get the Mead brand if possible~~they seem to hold together better)  Hey they come in some really cool colors too~~~not just black and white~~Oh, we use these for recording our whole group activities each morning and they are also our "Probe" Research Journals and our Science Logs~~~Pretty important stuff;-)

 

Glue sticks (please only the WHITE colored glue in the sticks~~the blue shows up when you don't want it to! Oh we use a bunch of them during the year)

White Elmer's School Glue

 

Highlighter Markers (at least 3 different colors please)

 

Ziplock bags ~gallon, quart and sandwich sizes please

 

Paper Plates ~~the cheap ones in the Value Pack will do nicely~~Please do not get the foam plates~~We use these plates for the cooking center for sure, but we also use them for other "Classroom Projects" too!

2  pocket folders without the prongs in the middle (colors look good)


We are also purchasing Class Shirts that we'll use numerous times during the year
and Scholastic News publications that we'll be using each week.
Cost of these items is $9.00

Computer paper (some businesses like Office Depot trade computer paper for empty ink cartridges)

Batteries sizes C and AA are always in demand

Food for our Animals~~They are always hungry!
Rabbit food for Myrtle
Ferret food for Minerva
Water turtle food (these guys love floating food sticks, crickets, and worms too)

Hey ~most of all having YOU volunteer in our classroom OR volunteer to take something home to cut out etc. ~is OUR MOST EARNEST WISH! You are welcome anytime ~anyday!
